Commerce Presbyterian Church Updates
Our Sunday services are back! Join us at 11:00 a.m. In-person in the Sanctuary, maximum of 50 congregants. Please be in your pew and seated by 10:45 a.m. At least six feet of social distance will be maintained at all times while at CPC. Distanced seating (with households together) will be marked for worship, and congregants should attempt to maintain distancing at all times while at CPC. No physical contact during Passing of the Peace of Christ. The Sanctuary, Narthex and Narthex restrooms will be cleaned before and after the service. Hand-sanitizing dispensers are available in the Narthex. The pew Bibles and hymnals will not be present in the Sanctuary and we will not pass the Offering Plates during the Offertory. Folks can drop off their Tithes and Offerings in the Offering Plate as they enter the Narthex. Please refrain from shaking hands and hugging others while at CPC. Please do not try to enter or exit from Fellowship Hall and the Sunday School Annex doors; they will be locked and no access. Please park in the front parking lot and enter and exit through the Narthex doors. After worship, please do not stay for fellowship in the Narthex, but exit the building using the Narthex doors. I would encourage you to reunite and partake in fellowship in the parking lot, maintaining your social distance. For those who do not feel comfortable in crowds, or if you are not feeling well, please stay home. Our service will continue to be Live-Streamed here and on our YouTube Channel.
We were honored to be at the Crossover Ceremony for Cub Scout Pack 35 this evening. Look at the bridge they rebuilt for our church! I am proud to wear my Scout mother necklace. Our son Bo is an Eagle Scout, so we are very happy that CPC supports Scouting
